the workouts get intense starting tomorrow.
Long morning walks.
LONG LONG morning walks. getting into routine.
Strength training at night.
Keep drinking all that water.
I suppose this is what the doctor was talking about though ?
Depression can cause " loss of appetite, loss of sleep. Changing in food habits. Weight loss. Hair falling out. "
